A Mammoth Opportunity!

After turbulent months...after times of agony...i guess i have seen the light and I am starting to run towards it, yes! it is a mammoth opportunity.

The company is a small one and i need to instill and start the HR team there.....wooow isn't that a whooping opportunity, i have charted a plan of action, and i firmly believe that this role is in line with my long term aspiration of pursuing a Global MBA, building a global network and in turn start a 'Parallel Government' Organization'

Two months/ one month from now i will be heading the HR team of this company...let me share my experiences then.

Finding Myself!!

Where have i been?....I dunno... i was everywhere.... i was lost....i was found...i worked, i travelled, i moved teams, all in one place - my work.
I was part of this wonderful team which did lotta Human Capital Analytics and I found that Analytics, innovativeness, manpower management were my core strenghts and when "THEY" decided to move me to a different team, which involved lot of relationship management, documents management, mere replying of mails there by adhering to the value of responsiveness........well i thought i should get out of this at the start and be part of ateam which alignes more with my long term aspiration of pursuing an MBA from a Top B-School in US.
Will i get that opportunity? Will i continue with this current role with no inclination towards it?

I know its been a long time!!!!

I know its been a long time since i have blogged, thats primarily due to my tight schedule and my frequent trips to Singapore .... keep guessing as to what iam gonna write about....will come up with a good one.
